Like the Vivint Doorbell Camera Pro Gen 2, the outdoor camera offers Vivint’s Smart Deter feature (called Smart Sentry on the original camera) that helps ward off unwelcome visitors. The camera also supports Vivint’s new Spotlight Pro device. The latter enables 24/7 recording with up to 10 days of motion event history. Namely, it features a more powerful Computer Vision Chip (CVC) that improves person and object detection, enhanced HDR capabilities for more vibrant colors and sharper image quality, and 64GB of video storage via an embedded and encrypted SD card. But like the original, this model is quite expensive and won't respond to Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands. It improves upon its predecessor, the Vivint Outdoor Camera Pro, with a more capable processor, onboard video storage, and support for Vivint’s Spotlight Pro.
